Formerly of Brooklyn since 1986, we made our way across the Verrazano bridge settling in the Dongan Hills area of Staten Island since 2019. Our goal has always been to create great home-cooked Turkish food. Great food starts with using only the freshest and finest ingredients with a strong attention to detail. Our ingredients are brought to life in delicious kebabs, stews, and dips. From Turkish classics like Gyro, Iskender kebabs, and Lahmacun to Mediterranean favorites like hummus, falafel, and baba ghanoush. Turkish cuisine is simply prepared with great technique. In order to create a delightful balance of flavor and aroma, made to crave! The Sahara way!
